Gail Calhoun McGrath, President/Owner- Gail is a licensed title insurance agent for the state of Florida with over 25 years of experience in title insurance industry. She is a Plant City native, and possesses a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the local real estate market. Gail founded Hillsborough Title, Inc. in 1984.

Aaron M. Davis, Vice-President - Aaron has been with Hillsborough Title since 1992. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a Major in Finance and Minor in Economics. He is involved with the Plant City Chamber of Commerce, Plant City Little League, and the Plant City Rotary Club.

Connie Rader, Coordinator/Pre-Processing - Connie has worked with Hillsborough Title for 1 year. Prior to her employment here, she spent 35 years as administrative assistant to the president of Coronet Industries. Her duties include inputting new title orders, handling initial contacts, and directing the telephone and internet traffic to the proper contact person.

Donna Weatherholt, Lead Processor- Donna has over 15 years experience in the title insurance industry. She is a graduate of Rollins College Paralegal Studies program, with numerous land title courses to her credit. Donna is responsible for review and examination of the title research and preparation of the title commitment, making sure all title matters are clear before closing.

Amber Carr, Post Closing Dept. - Amber has been in the title industry since 2002. She has been with Hillsborough Title for 3 years, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Brenau University. She is responsible for finalizing and dispersing the closed loan packages, payoffs, etc. after your closing.

Kerry Rhodes, Policies- Kerry has worked with Hillsborough Title for the last 7 years. She started as our Administrative Assistant and now works in post closing. She is responsible for the processing of the final title policies after closing and post closing correspondence with lenders.

Carol Creech, Accounting- Carol has over 25 years of bookkeeping experience. She manages the financial and bookkeeping side of our business. Her duties include the reconciliation of our escrow and general accounts.
