Hannya Spinks, Post Closing Coordinator - Hannya was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and is a fluent Spanish speaking individual. Hannya has been in the Title Business since 1993, and has specialized experience in title insurance transactions, residential and commercial closings. Hannya is passionate about assisting real estate professionals and consumer clients close their transactions smoothly, and really enjoys watching buyers walk out so excited about their new home!

Meghan Daniel, Post Closer - Meghan was born and raised right here in the Bay Area. This being her first job in title, she started out as an inner-office courier, and now works as a post closer- recording documents and compiling policies. Meghan is a 2012 graduate of FSU, where she studied anthropology and international affairs. In her spare time, she loves to cook (actually considered attending culinary school), loves to read, and loves to write (wrote for the Tallahassee Democrat while attending school).

Brandi Averill, Post Closer – Brandi is originally from San Lorenzo, CA, and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 14 years. Brandi has more than 11 years title insurance experience; she started out working as a receptionist, and has since worked her way to her current position of Post Closer. Brandi is currently in school studying elementary education. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband and two wonderful children (Pamela June and Mason Wyatt).

Kim Davis, Production Specialist - Kim was born and raised right here in the bay area. She has worked in title for more than 11 years, and returns to Hillsborough Title as Production Specialist. In her position, Kim visits all office locations, training new hires, managing databases, and filling-in where needed. She possesses an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts, and in her spare time enjoys participating in community theatre productions.
