Christine Kiraly, Escrow Officer/Licensed Title Agent – Christine was born and raised in Atlantic County, NJ. She started in 1999 as a processor, then worked as a closer, and eventually became and office manager and licensed New Jersey title agent. In 2002, Christine and her family moved to Florida, where she continues her career as an office manager and licensed Florida Title Agent. She has managed offices, and closed all types of transactions, including residential, commercial and construction transactions throughout her 11 years in the industry. She is dedicated to a positive and personalized experience from start to finish on every closing.

Nicole Culbreath, Processor – Nicole was born and raised in Tampa, FL and has lived in the South County area for 32 years. She began her title career in 2003 as a customer service agent and moved into the processing department with a large title company. She has processed all types of transactions including residential, commercial, short sales, construction and refinances throughout her 8 years in the title industry.

Susan Stahler, Processor – Susan was born and raised in Ohio and moved to the Tampa Bay area more than 28 years ago. She got her start in real estate 14 years ago working as a branch secretary and moved into title 11 years ago. Susan and her husband Chris have been married for over 30 years and together share 2 sons, Austin and Raini. In her spare time, she can be found at the beach or working in her yard and garden.
