Deborah Berkstresser, Office Manager/Licensed Title Agent – Deborah is a Florida native who moved to New Tampa in 1991. She is a licensed Title Agent with 10 years experience in the industry. Her goal is to deliver a smooth and effortless closing transaction for all parties involved. Whether your transaction is residential, commercial, new home, short sale, or refinance, Deborah and her team aim to provide you with a stress-free closing.

Georgia Gallos, Licensed Title Agent/Short Sale Processor – Georgia was born and raised outside of Chicago, IL. In 1997 Georgia moved to Tampa to attend the University of Tampa where she obtained a bachelor’s of science in biology. Georgia is a Licensed Title Agent and has worked in the industry since 2002. She has experience handling all types of real estate transactions with a primary focus being on short sales over the last few years. She strives to provide excellent customer service by keeping all parties informed throughout the short sale process.

Michelle Chumbley, Closer – Michelle settled down in the Tampa Bay area in 1993 after living in several different parts of the world. She has been in the title industry since 1998 and has experience with several different types of closings from refi’s to short sales and everything in between. Michelle enjoys working with individuals during the real estate process and strives to make their closing experience as smooth as possible. She is an avid sports fan who cheers on the mighty Florida Gators and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Kim Martin, Marketing – Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Kim has lived in the Bay Area for the past 7 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University located in Oxford, OH. Kim has worked in the Title industry for more than 2 years, and prior to that, worked in the Mortgage/Real Estate industry for 15 years.  She is a true team player with a “whatever it takes” philosophy. Kim will represent Hillsborough Title as Marketing Representative for the New Tampa branch. Outside of work, Kim enjoys golfing, reading, cheering on the Bears, or spending time with family and friends at the beach.
