Amy Gregory, Office Manager/Licensed Title Agent - Amy was born and raised in the Brandon area. She began her title career in 1995, and is now the office manager and lead closer with Hillsborough Title. She is dedicated to having a stress free transaction with her knowledge and expertise. She is experienced in all types of transactions, including residential, commercial, and construction. Amy is an active member of the Brandon Chamber of Commerce and a variety of other local organizations.

Misty Resmondo, Supervisor/Closer- Misty is a true Florida native- born and raised in the Plant City area. She got her start in the Title Insurance industry more than 9 years ago; she started as a receptionist and has worked her way up the ranks to her current position as Closer. In her spare time, Misty enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, fishing, or watching movies.

Marie Combs, Marketing Specialist - Marie is a true native of Tampa, Florida born in Ybor City’s oldest hospital! She is married and has two sons and two daughters. She has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry including office management, real estate relocation coordination, marketing, photography and trouble shooting computers. She developed her “can do” work ethic when she began working as an apartment manager at the age of 18.

Jane Koy, Marketing Specialist - With 13 years experience in the title industry and an extensive real estate background, Jane handles business in the Brandon area as a Marketing Representative for Hillsborough Title. Her role combines marketing along with the closing of real estate transactions. The dedicated team of experts at the Brandon office, along with Jane, will make your real estate closings a pleasure from start to finish. Deborah Herr, Short Sale Processor – Deborah has been in the Brandon area for 15 years. She has over 10 years experience in the title industry, and works with realtors and sellers gathering pertinent information for Short Sale packages to be submitted to the lender. She is very passionate about obtaining Short Sale Approvals.

Angie Wolf, Short Sale Processor – Angie is married and has one son. She has been a member of the Brandon Community for over 9 years. Angie has been an office manager in different industries of real estate for over 16 years. She is new to the title industry but strives to meet all the expectations of our clients.

Carla Rollins, Processor – Carla Rollins was born and raised right here in the Tampa Bay area. Carla has worked in the Real Estate industry for 11 years, and was formerly the Office Manager at Re/Max South Shore Realty in Riverview. Carla is thrilled to have joined Hillsborough Title as a closing processor, and could not be more excited for this new chapter in her life. Carla married her high school sweetheart, and they are the proud parents of two- Hannah and Isaiah.

Lani Ford, Closer – Lani was born in Miami, and has lived in Pinellas County and Southern California. She relocated back to the Bay Area in ’93. Having worked in real estate and real estate law, she became a licensed title agent in 2004. She enjoys the research aspect of her position, and finds tremendous joy with the happiness brought to clients at closing. Lani, with her positive outlook, is a dedicated worker. In her spare time, she can be found kayaking or practicing yoga.

Cathy Trongeau, Closer- Cathy is a native Floridian, born and raised in Dunedin. Cathy has over 25 years experience in the title industry. She got her start working as a receptionist, and after 5 years she reluctantly agreed to try out the closer position- 20 years later, she hasn’t looked back. Cathy has been happily married for over 31 years; together with her husband, they share a beautiful daughter, a wonderful son-in-law, and one precious grandson.

Lyn Hawkins, Closer- Lyn has called the Tampa Bay area home for the past 17 years. Growing up in a military family, she has lived in a handful of locations. Lyn graduated college with a degree in sociology, and has worked in title for over 25 years. She will represent our Brandon office as a closer, and is thrilled to lend you and your clients a helping hand. Outside of work, Lyn is very involved with her church, loves the beach and boating, and enjoys spending time with her 2 grown children.

Judy Moore, Processor –  Judy was born in Winter Haven, and raised in Wisconsin, where she received her Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Judy returned “home” in 2001, when she relocated back to Polk County. Asides from a 5-year break where she tried her hand teaching high school and then elementary school, Judy has worked in all aspects of the title industry since 1998. Her experience also includes positions held in the mortgage and Real Estate industries. Judy is thrilled to now be a part of the Hillsborough Title team. When not hard at work, she enjoys play time with her young son Jacob, and her family and friends. 

Rachel Perez, Closing Assistant – Born in the Bronx yet raised in Northern New Jersey, Rachel decided to bring her talents to the Tampa Bay area over 7 years ago.  In her 10 years of experience with Title insurance she has had the privilege of working in several areas of title and escrow, allowing her to see the entire process, from order entry to policy issuance, including obtaining her Title Examiner’s license and becoming a Florida Notary.  When Rachel isn’t working hard in title insurance she spends all of her time being Supermom!  She has home-schooled her 2 sons and 3 daughters for the past 12 years, where they became extremely talented in the sports and music fields.  In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband and high school sweetheart of 27 year playing board games, watching movies, listening to music and being a proud sports mother to her wonderful children.  We couldn’t be happier to have Rachel on board and look forward to the great years to come!

Jodi Fletcher, Receptionist – Originally from Orange County, New York, Jodi moved down to the Sunshine State 24 years ago.  Her smiling face, bright attitude and flawless ability to greet customers with open arms is what has kept her in the title industry for the last 9 years. We are happy to have Jodi as an addition to the Hillsborough Title team, and look forward to many years ahead!

Melissa Poirier, Closer – Melissa relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1988 from Missouri. She has 5 years experience in the title industry and more than 15 years experience in the mortgage industry. Melissa loves a challenge, and enjoys a busy home life with her husband and four children.

Gabrielle Bahnmuller, Administrative Assistant- Gabrielle is a true Floridian. She is originally from Tarpon Springs but now calls Tampa her home. She has just recently joined the Title industry and is looking forward to her future with Hillsborough Title. Gabrielle has pursued her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Public Health and Epidemiology from The University of South Florida. On the weekends she enjoys running, kayaking and spending time with her sister and two dachshunds.
