Amy Gregory, Office Manager - Amy was born and raised in the Brandon area. She began her title career in 1995, and now the office manager and lead closer with Hillsborough Title. She is dedicated to having a stress free transaction with her knowledge and expertise. She is experienced in all types of transactions, including residential, commercial, and construction transactions. Amy is an active member of the Brandon Chamber of Commerce and other local organizations.

Misty Resmondo, Lead Processor - Misty was raised in the Plant City area. She has over 5 years experience in the title industry. Her duties include processing new orders, handling initial contacts and gathering pertinent information for closing.

Marie Combs, Marketing Specialist - Marie is a true native of Tampa, Florida born in Ybor City’s oldest hospital! She is married and has two sons and two daughters. She has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry including office management, real estate relocation coordinator, marketing, photography and trouble shooting computers. Her “can do” work ethics started as an apartment manager at the early age of 18.

Debbie Durrance, Closer/Processor/Post-Closing Coordinator - Debbie was born and raised in Brandon, Florida. She has been active in the Title industry since 1996. She started as a receptionist and continued to learn all aspects of the Title industry including processing and closing.
