Hillsborough Title is locally owned and operated by Gail Calhoun McGrath and her son, Aaron M. Davis, and has been serving the Plant City area since 1984. Along with their staff, they offer well over 100 years of experience and know-how in the title insurance industry. At Hillsborough Title, we make a point of hiring the most knowledgeable and personable people in the business. Our staff includes professionals with deep experience in real estate, investing, and mortgage lending. The majority of our staff members are longtime employees.

We are able to serve customers in the entire state of Florida, specializing in Hillsborough, Polk, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. We have the capabilities to perform mail-away and email closings, to give you the convenience of signing when and where you may need, and courtesy closings which would allow you or your client to sign at a title company, and have any questions answered that may arise. Our staff is well trained and experienced, and will make the extra effort to make sure your closing proceeds as smoothly as possible.
